IT Support Analyst (Contractor)

The client is based in based at Rochester, Kent

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support to end users for a range of IT systems, applications, PC desktops, sharepoint support, audio visual and conference room facilities. The role requires a self-motivated, organised individual with good interpersonal skills and problem solving capabilities. They will work directly with internal business customers at all levels, also with other IT team members and internal and external IT providers.

As an IT Support Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Supporting a range of business applications
  • Providing Audio Visual and Conference Room Support
  • Supporting Sharepoint Team sites as part of a Rochester Business Unit Central Support team
  • Supporting end user desktop, mobile phones
  • Producing knowledge articles for end users and other IT providers

As an IT Support Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Experience of IT Support across a wide range of applications
  • Experience of Audio Visual Tools support, including virtual collaboration tools e.g. Telepresence, WebEx, Skype for Business
  • Ability to investigate end user problems

22k – 24k per annum
